There is not a week that goes by that I don't mention the benefits of bone broth. Common in many cultures, broths made from animal bones are used as a health tonic with benefits that range from general wellness and disease prevention to high-end athletic performance. You'll then have a better understanding of why you may want to add bone broth to your nutritional protocol.

I was on a hike with a buddy Mike from San Francisco, while hiking the Rubicon Trail in Lake Tahoe. He was telling me how much better he's been feeling after he quit smoking cigarettes and began doing yoga with more consistency. Other benefits mentioned were how much easier it felt to be on a hike, and increased clarity of mind experienced throughout the day. I then thought to ask, "What is it that you miss about smok...
I'm always taken aback by all the knowledge Dr. Rhonda Patrick holds in her head. She digs deep and fleshes out the through tons of research. One of her top recommendations is eating seafood. Unfortunately, I have a seafood intolerance. When I eat it, I begin to get a rash that starts in my arms, and depending on how much I eat, spreads from there.I know many of you in Sweat Nation love seafood, and since I take my role as a wellness curator seriously. I want to help you optimize your health as deliciously as possible, I thought this would be a great recipe. It's quick, delicious, and healthy! Enjoy my seafood Sweat Nation compatriots.

What's good Sweat Nation! Everyone loves buffalo sauce-flavored anything, right? Or is that just me? I can still remember the very first time I had buffalo wings in high school. My life changed for the better after that day at the Denny's in Coral Gables, Florida. Wings is still one of my favorite things. I get excited anytime I make buffalo sauce anything. It really is a popular finger food. It's a staple at gatherings and sporting events, and because for those of us that love a spicy kick, it delivers. These meatballs, because give you the same delicious flavors as wings but it’s less messy and you don’t have to deal with the bones.

I “dry aged” in my fridge overnight. I’ve buttered the breasts and stuck garlic in all the nooks and crannies.
But inevitably, my chicken was rarely as moist or flavorful as what I’d enjoy in a high-end restaurant.
That is, until now…
