Blueberry Mint Smoothie

I didn’t have any fresh mint handy when making this recipe, but everyonce in a while the inventor decides to take center stage. With that I thought there are mint tea leaves in the cupboard. And so this blueberry mint smoothie recipe was created.

The avocado and coconut milk help to make this smoothie extra creamy despite being dairy-free.

Prep Time: 5 min

Here's What You Need...


  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or water)

  • 1 teaspoon mint tea leaves (or use approx. 10 fresh mint leaves)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 3/4 cup of ice


  1. Pour the coconut milk into the blender.

  2. Add in the frozen blueberries.

  3. Add in the avocado (use a spoon to scoop out the flesh).

  4. Add in the ice cubes.

  5. Add in the mint leaves and blend until smooth.
