Carrot Apple Banana Smoothie (AIP)

This smoothie is seriously delicious. Enjoy for an easy and fast breakfast or brunch meal. I like adding coconut oil to the smoothie to help slow the digestion of the sugars in the fruits and carrots. Coconut oil will also help you to stay full for longer.

 

Serves: 1

 

Prep Time - 10 min

 

Here's What You Need...

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 apple, chopped

  • 1/2 carrot (approx. 3oz), chopped

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • dash of cinnamon, cloves

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender.

  2. Blend well until smooth.
