For those days where you want a lot of good for you nutrition, but just don't have the time to spend in the kitchen making yourself a 5 star chef. Avocado really kicks up the creaminess on this one, Enjoy!
Prep Time - 5 minutes
Here's What You Need...
1/2 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup coconut milk (or water)
1 handful of greens of your choice (spinach, kale, chard)
1 cup ice
Place the avocado, banana, and ice into the blender.
Top with the greens of your choice.
Blend until smooth (add extra coconut milk or water if you have trouble blending it).
