Pineapple Chicken Wings AIP

A simple AIP protein dish that pairs well with salads and stir-fried veggies, especially if you make extra pineapple sauce to use as a salad dressing or stir-fry sauce.

 

Prep Time - 30 minutes     Cook Time - 45 minutes

Here's What You Need...

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 1/3 cup pineapples, chopped

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons onion powder

  • 4 teaspoons coconut aminos

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
